With the line of job I have I am more capable of pacifying customers and provides them good customer service.
I've been with Convergys for quite sometime now, so with all the learning's I've learned and with my own experienced also I am capable that I can do the job well.
I can also work with less supervision, I am a hard working people with good passion and attitude towards work.
