I have worked for a telecommunications company before as a Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities include answering calls from Customers needing assistance with paying over the phone, explaining their bills, making payment arrangements and educating Customers about their due date and payment options. I also worked for Claims Department in a home-based setting. I summarize and evaluate a Client's case and make decision to either approve or disapprove their requests. I am currently a stay-at-home mom who can be easily trained to be an efficient worker.
