I worked with travel agency who deals with leisure and business travelers so I know how hotel, flight, car and train reservation works. I also have knowledge in Sabre since that was one of our tools and I always make sure that all the tickets that I handled will be reissued or ticketed even if it exceed my working hours in my shift.
