I used to work as a Technical Support Representative at Alorica Philippines way back 2007. I worked there for more than three years as an E-mail support representative. Basically, we are responsible for answering queries, issues and technical problems from our customers regarding their computers, whether a laptop or a personal computer through an e-mail. After a year on the account, I was transferred to the Professional account wherein we handle concerns from small to medium-sized business accounts who are using Gateway computers. I get sell to computer products and accessories to our customers, create their orders and also make service dispatches if
onsite repairs are necessary. Our customers are mostly Americans so I get to work mostly during the night shifts. Being a technical support, I am familiar with Windows operating systems and other Microsoft applications. I was happy with my work and with my colleagues but I have to leave work due to personal issues.
