Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
However, my expertise is in the field of Admin-Support.
My ten years of valuable work experience has given me a high level of competence related to the field such as office administration, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, slideshow presentations, email handling and technical skills in Logistics and Purchasing.
At present, I am a home-based Virtual Assistant that specializes
in non-voice outbound sales support.
I had training on Documents Control - ISO 9000:2001 Quality Management System and I was assigned to draft the Procedures Manual of the Logistics Department and managed quality records and documents of the department.
I also attended a seminar on Effective Purchasing Management and other training and seminars related to my job.
I am very attentive to details, reliable, timely and accurate.
I am also critical-minded and likes to accomplish things systematically.
