Profile Description

I am good in oral and written communication skills.
I'm a fast and accurate typist, my typing speed is around 55 word per minute. I work before as an Encoder/Lay-out Artist/Internet Researcher for more or less 9 years. I can classify myself somewhere in between of advance and expert when it comes to Encoding, Lay-outing and checking grammars.
I can also say that my knowledge in manipulating or using a computer is advance, not to mention that I can trouble shoot and take care of minor repairs.
I did work as a Call Center Agent for almost 5 months, first two (2) months as Outbound Call Center agent and the other three (3) months as an Inbound Call Center Agent handling Cebu Pacific Account dealing with all the transactions that the Airline Company is dealing, such as Booking a Flight, Re-booking, Refund, Inquiries and all the other transactions that they have.
