I have been part of the BPO industry since 2004. I started as a tech support rep for an ISP account in the US. Then I went to become a CSR for the succeeding call centers that I had the privileged of being a part of. Then in 2009, I became a product specifics trainer for Startek Philippines. I handled client specifics up trainings for agents on production and handled new hire classes.
Then I joined The Results Companies in October 2010. Wherein I started as an agent and moved my way up the rank. I became a Team Lead for the account I was representing. Since then, I handled my own team comprising of 16 agents. I was responsible for the output of the said agents, aside from the everyday tasks that I need to perform. Generating reports, coaching, strategic planning on actions plans to name a few.
