Since I have a total of 5 years in the call center industry i gained good customer service experience with the companies that I worked with and handled customers from the United States and the United Kingdom.To name a few skills, I am good in analyzing problems and troubleshoot them. Being a customer service representative I practiced active listening skills and since the work requires quality volume and accuracy, I gained good typing skills.
