Profile Description

I worked as an Assistant Team Leader of an Online Proofreading Team in one of the leading English Newspaper in UAE. I started as an Online Proofreader but due to my willingness to learn and being dedicated to my work, they trained me for Customer Service and Technical Support.
Being an Assistant Team Leader, I am responsible for catering / answering all queries of clients with regards to their advertisement and for overseeing the quality and ensures that the whole workflow is done on time.
I worked also as support for the Online Ad Trafficking. I check, deploy and launch online campaigns using our system. I also check and monitor the impressions of launched online ads.
I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), internet and e-mail. A professional, top performer, friendly, outgoing, career-oriented and a very organized team player.
