Given the fact that I've worked as a Customer Service representative and as a Technical Support Representative for an outsourcing company from the US here are some of the tasks that I specialize in:
*I give technical advice on the application, installation, operation, and maintenance of their products, in addition to selling the products.
* Perform network diagnostics on customer LANs, and carrier networks to identify root causes of problems
*Resolve assigned trouble tickets
*Consult with customers, asking probing questions to drill down to the root of a specific problem or request
*Analyze reported information and identify the proper solution must be implemented
*Document problems and solutions before, during and after resolution
*Test solutions to validate that the customer's request has been fulfilled
*Utilize software toolset to identify and resolve customer problems
*Escalate issues to the next level when common solutions do not work
*Create awareness of newly discovered issues within the system
I can multi-task and possess a great skill in listening, communication skills both verbal and written. I can analyze problems and give proper solutions.
