Profile Description

• Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 Operating Systems and tools.
• Basic knowledge in Active Directory, SCCM, Remote Desktop tools (Dameware, TeamViewer), BES Administration, RSA Console, Citrix XenApp, Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, MS Lync Server 2010, Lenovo Desktop & Laptop, and SharePoint.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2010 efficient.
• Exposed to the internet and web-based tools such as FTP, Chat, Email, etc.
• Knowledge of Web Site Designing tools particularly MS FrontPage, Publisher, Dreamweaver and SharePoint.
• Basic concepts of Local and Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN).
• Familiar with IP phones such as Cisco, AVAYA and Lucent Call Master telephones.
• Basics in PHP, HTML, Scripting and Site security.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
