Profile Description

Hi, I'm Tom, an aspiring virtual assistant and a person of integrity. I am here to help you with the tasks for the company to run smoothly.

What I can offer to the company first is the Skills I gained from my previous job and life experiences, like being a detail-oriented person, and adaptability to a different work environment. Second is Work Ethic and Values, I always try to do my best in everything I do, Integrity that I do the right thing even if no one is watching, and willingness to learn new things for myself and the company.

I would also like to share my expertise in various tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Drive, Gmail, etc), photo and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut), CRM tools (Talkdesk, Zendesk, Hubstaff, and Slack), and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Despite not having experience as a VA, my eagerness to learn pushes me, which is why I started to watch a lot of YouTube tutorials and attended trainings about Email Management, Appointment Setting, Database Management, and other General VA tasks. I gained knowledge, confidence, and experience by practicing, trying out the tools, and exploring them. Having a wide experience and familiarity with computers, various software, and tools, I was able to adapt and understand the tasks quickly.

In terms of my professional background, I have 2 years of experience in a BPO company with ATT and Lenovo(Remote) as a Customer Service Representative for Phone, Email, and Chat, where we respond and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. In addition, I worked at Infopay Inc. (Remote). An Information Service Company located at Boston, Massachusetts, having a role of Email Support and got promoted as a Website Tester, for one year each role. My main tasks as a Web Tester are functional testing, Bug Identification, and retesting website Updates.
