Profile Description

I have been for 8 years with one of the BPO company here in Cebu, Philippines. Half of those years, I have been with customer service as an technical and sales agent while four years as staff with the position of Quality Analyst. As a Quality Analyst, I was mold and developed to become an efficient employee. We evaluate agent calls with specified standard. We send daily reports using MS WORD and MS Excel via emails. My typing skills improved each year since we do typing most of the time everyday in 8 hours. The data we mostly typed are for reports, feedback and coaching for our assigned agents. I can definitely do multi-tasking job; browsing and research through net and do typing. I can help you transfer data from MS Word to MS Excel through copy pasting task. I'm hoping for a long term job, stable job where I can help you build your business and stress free from typing jobs and transferring data. However, I am still open to new things and very much willing to learn.
