I am Currently working for Xerox (Previously known as ACS of the Philippines) for almost 3 years now. My main responsibility as a System Lead technician is to handle most of the IT software related issues and installation request for our client's employees by doing a remote session. I have spent almost 5 years working as a technical support representative for different BPO companies before Xerox supporting different types of computer issues such as network issues, software issues etc. I am a team player, self motivated and a hard working person.
