Profile Description

Being a wedding planner my responsibility to my job is to handling consultation and advice with the bride and groom concerning to all wedding aspects and wedding etiquette as required. I am also in-charge in preparing wedding budget, and preparing a schedule/timeline and checklist.
Assisting with the following was also part of my responsibility as a wedding planner
a. Selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.
b. Selecting and booking of officiant for the wedding.
c. Selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.
d. Assisting with the design of the invitation, printing and mailing out.
e. Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories.
f. Tracking R.S.V.Ps and guest list
g. Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors such as baker, caterer, florist, photographer,
printers, videographer, musicians, makeup artist, etc...
h. Reviewing vendor’s contract and coordinating with them.
i. Assisting and providing information to obtain marriage license
j. Preparing ceremony and reception planning.
k. Attending and overseeing the rehearsal up to 2 hrs
l. Giving instruction to all wedding attendants about their duties.
m. Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line (production level)
n. Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
o. Providing stress-free wedding day coordination up to 10 hrs with 4 coordinators and 1 professional
host.
p. Providing A-Z service for the bride and groom as requested.
q. Providing clients original wedding style
