Profile Description

I work in our family business. We run a 3-star hotel in Cagayan de Oro, and I assist in managing the finances, sales and expenses, and in running hotel operations. I also do simple lay-outs for the hotel. I designed our menus, our company IDs, backdrops for hotel functions, and other such print material. While working at the hotel, I do freelance graphic design work. I've done a couple of logos and some advertising material for clients. I work with Illustrator mostly, but I have very good knowledge with Photoshop, as well. I also do portrait illustrations, I accept orders for commissioned portraits. I can draw and paint fairly well. I use watercolours, graphite pencils, and coloured pencils.
I am currently taking classes at First Academy of Computer Arts in Makati for formal training in graphic design. I also took classes in web design. I have full knowledge of html and css, and can create a full website. I know bootstrap, a little javascript, basic php, and Wordpress.
I have good people skills, and I can work well with a team. I have worked as a nurse previously for almost 2 years and have had plenty of experience in dealing with people. I am meticulous in my work, I make sure that I cover all the details before I finish. I learn fast, am open to constructive criticism, and can meet deadlines.
