I am an experienced Customer Service Representative / Fashion Consultant for a fashion retailer company that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim. The nature of the business is a Call Center. Our client is TechStyle Fashion Group
In the two years I worked for
Offsourcing Philippines Inc. I gained a number of competencies to which I attribute my professional skills. I had completed the company's development program to handle all the four online subscription service brands including JustFab, FabKids, ShoeDazzle and Fabletics.
I am grateful I and appreciate the company's commitment to superior customer service and mutual respect for internal and external customers.I also handled brands outside North America. Those are Canada and United Kingdom.
My skill set includes customer service, retention, and over-all knowledge towards the five brands.
If given the chance, I'd take the opportunity to work in the convenience of my home and personally have the time to take care of my daughter.
