Currently, I am working as a Help Desk Specialist for a US based Mortgage and Loan Services. I handled answering tickets via email, chat and call. These tickets are inquiries/requests from our US clients about their loan files or tickets coming from the back office in sorting, splitting and reformatting documents.
I am an internet savvy. I use Google Drive which includes Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet on a day to day basis since it is one of the tools we use in the office.
I also use MS Offices such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word. I am knowledgeable with Excel codes like IF ISSEARCH, COUNTIF, IF and conditional formatting.
I use the internet regularly. I often use search engines like Ask, Google, Yahoo, MSN, Alta Vista, Bing and many more for things I wanna research.
