Profile Description

I've been a travel specialist for 3 years until I got promoted as a regular supervisor for a Telco Account. I have excellent communication skills which I have improved from dealing with people from different parts of the world. I have good command in the English language that makes me a good candidate for a virtual assistant post considering that English is the universal language worldwide. I know how to work with Msword, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop and has basic skills in Microsoft Excel. My previous job as a Supervisor also required me to use EWFM (software for forecasting and staffing), Call Management System (database to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls). Coaching and leading a team is my expertise, consistently included among the top 3 teams in our account. It would be a privilege to work for a client whose goal is to improve customer service experience.
