Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of San Jose-Recoletos, Philippines.
I have been to different jobs in different industries. I was working as a Call Center Agent in different BPO companies. I also worked as an ESL teacher. These two job experience enabled me to be more proficient in using the English language since it is the number one qualification. Being a call center agent allows me to interact with different nationalities in the United States of America. It gives me an opportunity to learn more about their culture. While being an ESL teacher also allows me to interact with Asian nationalities, adult and children. It allows me to demonstrate my English skills in teaching and learning the language as well.
I was also working abroad as a Receptionist and a Secretary. These jobs allows me to do a lot of paper works and assist the owners of the company. MS Office Applications like Excel and MS Word are the main tools that I normally use. This kind of job enhances my computer skills as well.
I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant and have almost 2 years of experience and my job includes
administrative tasks like answering calls, setting up appointments and responding to emails. I am working as well as a Freelance Transcriptionist with more than 2 years of experience in General Transcription. I have excellent attention to details and I can understand and follow instructions very well.
I have always made quality my top priority while also balancing a large quantity of work. I am experienced with MS Word, MS Excel and Google documents but always open to learning new tools if there are different ones you prefer to work with.
I am
a fast learner and hardworking freelancer. I am able to take on new work immediately and look forward to speaking with you.
