mostly secretarial jobs/ business center agent ... in customer service you have to be all around because specially if your in a hospitality service its not easy to say no to our guest so when they ask you to encode for them then you have to do it...basically i do encoding/typing... surfing the net..do bookings for the clients... it all some up to doing customer service.
