Profile Description

1. Manage facebook business pages. (Schedule post, post listings etc)
2. Manage social media accounts. (fb, twitter, instragram, youtube, yelp, google plus)
3. Create “Just Listed”, “Sold”, “Under
Contract” Open House flyers(see sample flyer)
4. Manage online real estate marketing sites like trulia, zillow, hotpads, activerain, craigslist, movoto, homes, HAR, etc. (add listings and sold properties)
5. Create business card, postcard, etc
6. Add listing to HAR. Add possible new prospect to HAR. Check Agents Performance etc. Add new listing. Run CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) Search listings in specific area, price, no. of beds sqft etc. Marked listing to pending, Add Open house, realist report, run sellers and buyers net sheet. Also have knowledge in MATRIX MLS
7. Schedule appointments. Call CSS (Centralized Showing Service, agents etc.
8. Lead generation. Lead capture for buyers and sellers.
9. Manage files in backagent, ezcoordinator and wiseagent
10. Manage CRM (Top Producer, HAR, boomtown, boldleads, smarteragent, apartmentdata, Opcity RedX etc.
11. Create marketing plan, buyers and sellers guide, listing presentation, staging checklist, preparing home for to the market, guide how to get more listing and what does realtor do etc.
 
Contracts
1. Create/write Offer - Residential, Condo/Townhome ( 1-4 Residential Contract Resale, Third Party Addendum, HOA Addendum. Non-realty, Buyers Rep Agreement, IABS, etc.
2. Write Lease listing Agreement, listing agreement.
3. Add template for listing, purchase, and lease in zipform.
4. Send documents to clients for docusign
5. Edit or revised contract (usually home, warranty, closing cost, earnest money
and option period
 

Email Marketing
 
1. Create email campaign for buyers, sellers, or investor. Send holiday postcard. Send post card to past clients. (Email CRM constantcontact, mailchimp, getresponse , bombomb etc
 
Video Marketing
 
1. Create listing videos, (Please see attached sample)
2 Upload video to video marketing sites like vimeo, myspace, daily motion,
tagworld etc
 
Manage Website
 
1. Add new listing to website
2. Write/post new blogs
3. Create company webmail etc
