Profile Description

I am currently employed as a marketing staff of a software company wherein my responsibility is to look for prospective clients, present dour software to them, and the documentation of all their necessary information. I do research on our target markets, and basically use different means to have our product visible in the market such as mass emails and random text messaging. I also do some layouts of our ads such as the flyers, newspaper ads and web layout with the use of Photoshop and Dreamweaver though I am still far from being an expert at it. Previously, I was on the technical support team wherein my responsibilities is to implement the software by installing it on a client server, provide voice support, attend to clients’ calls, inquiries and complaints, update and fixed system bugs remotely with the use of application software such as TeamViewer, etc. I am well-versed in using the MS office tools such as Word, Excel, etc. I previously took up a short course in Web Design wherein we used Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash though I am more knowledgeable with HTML coding used in creating websites. I am organize and dedicated with a positive attitude at work, patient and eager to learn, knows how to follow and does not need much supervision. I am a person with determination and initiative which I believe can help you in your growing business.
