Below are role and responsibilities in my previous job
.To perform the role of OS07 on SAP and monitor the following finance processes and report on their status during the Financial Control and Compliance Framework monthly meetings: (a) Payment Process; (b) Debtor and Creditor management; (c) Recording of expenditure and income (including monthly income reconciliation); (d) Cash flow management; (e) Petty Cash process; and (f) Trial Balance analysis; (g)bookkeeping
2.Prepare and submit documents to support the filing of income tax returns and remittance of withholding taxes from staff, Examiners, consultants and other suppliers and remittance of government contributions and loan payments that were deducted from the staffs’ monthly payroll.
3.To provide administrative assistance to staff by:
Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Officer in her absence.
Separated staffs are provided with signed Certificates of Compensation Payment / Tax Withheld.
4. Payroll processor, Accounts receivable and accounts payable
5. liquidation, accruals and auditing
6. encoding, inventory and making reports.
