Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:
? Knowledgeable on preparing the Daily Sales Report for the branch.
? Knowledgeable on preparing Monthly paper work reports for the branch.
? Labor Management: I ensure the completeness and balance of my staff on daily basis especially during peak days.
? Prepare Profit and Loss Statement: I prepare the mid-month and monthly profit and loss statement for the company. Thru this I am able to identify the factors where our store is performing better; what needs to be improved and identity other income opportunities.
? Projection Manager: I am responsible for ordering and maintaining sufficient inventories for the store consumption and I see to it that no products and other raw materials will be wasted.
? Sees to it that the store is well prepared to perform the daily operation.
? Check the availability and quality of the product to be served to customers.
? Sets a positive example for employees by modeling safe work practices and following safety rules and policies. Communicates critical safety information to employees by conducting regular safety training; monitors workplace for unsafe/noncompliant behavior.
? Maintain Positive Energy and boost Employee morale: As the head of the team I must project and transmit positive energy to my staff to enable them work at their best. Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal.
