I started working as a customer service representative in Amazon as a kindle specialist. Kindle are devices mainly used in reading ebooks. We do basic troubleshooting of kindle devices and assist customers in navigating it. After Amazon, I decided to work again as a customer representative in Dish Network. Just like when I was in Amazon, we also do technical support but we troubleshoot Hoppers. Hoppers are receivers used when watching TV programs and movies. I decided to try a different background away from technical support so I tried health care. I got accepted in United Health Group, now Optum Global solutions. I was an Inpatient Care Coordinator in United Health Care. We monitor patient status and discharge dates then reporting them to our case managers.
