Experienced customer service representative seeking for an opportunity that would allow me to use and further expand the skills that I have acquired from working in a call center industry. I had worked previously at Tracfone Wireless, one of the America's largest telecommunication companies where I answers calls to address customer concerns, consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants, adheres to standard procedures in dealing with customers, attends training conducted to know CSR responsibilities, tools, and proper department to contact for escalations. I am greatly interested in customer service particularly inbound calls ,data entry work, and general administrative tasks.
