-Manage and develop a Shopify store covering the installation of necessary apps
-Well-experienced with Oberlo, Aliexpress, Aftership, Trackify, and Amazon FBA
-Order Management covering order fulfillment, tracking, refunds/cancellation, and sales reports and discount codes, product, and supplier research

As Social Media Management Consultant:
-Setup and manage FB Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms
-Scale-up sales by utilizing different marketing approach and targeting the correct audience
-Design ad campaigns and videos using Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.-Manage and schedule posts using Buffer, Hootsuite and Social Rabbit

As Customer/Project Management Consultant:
-Understand customer trends and responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints-Be able to discern the needs of customers and offer the most satisfactory resolution
-Resolve disputes in different payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, and 2Checkout-Provide detailed and thorough product description that can help increase sales
-Lead teams and staffs to increase performance and quality results-Utilize the usage of Trello/Asana, CRM tools (Hubspot, Streak, Zoho), Google Suite and Apps
