I was part of Microsoft chat support, and I am well trained and experienced with Office, and all Microsoft operating systems namely XP, Vista, 7 and 8. I have used the remote assistance tool GoToAssist in supporting clients before. I also have a background on supporting mobile devices, as well as cloud applications.
Removing virus from devices was a major part of my work load. I used multiple antivirus programs that can effectively remove virus from computers, and if those fail, I can manually remove the virus from the system. Searching the web is an important skill that helped me find solutions to every issue my customers were facing, and I can say that I am very good with that.
Furthermore, I have worked as level 2 technical support representative for hardware, both laptop and desktop, for one of the major computer companies in US. Before that, I took in calls as level 1 technician for 3 years for the same company. My responsibilities included, but not limited to resolving and answering queries of customers, provide assistance to other technicians having issues resolving their customer’s concerns, handle escalations, process dispatch for the needed parts, process orders if it is needed to resolve the customers’ issues and ultimately make sure that customers are satisfied with their experience with the company.
