Profile Description

I was a Senior Bookkeeper for 5 years basically recording Sales & generating Sales Report, updating of Accounts Receivables together with Aging of Receivables, Trial Balance, preparation of Bank Reconciliations and other Account Reconciliation schedules as well as doing inter branch memorandums and other important correspondence. I resigned on February 2008 to take the job as Production Staff in a box manufacturing company for 6 years, where I do data encoding for roll stock consumptions and conduct analysis for ordering purposes. I also prepare production schedules for individual machines depending on the customer's specifications. Likewise, I prepare data analysis on plant yield to determine percentage of rejects in relation to the entire plant production which is of essential to future management decisions. I also do memorandums for different production schedules that the plant will be undertaking as well as memorandums for administrative reference. In addition to the above skills/experience, I also know how to write business correspondence in English medium. I can also do Data encoding depending on the employer's preference.
