I've been into BPO industry for almost 2yrs. and I can be trained for any technical related stuff. I used to be a technical support representative in TREC Pacific for VeriFone. I handled software error repairs and downloading specific database on the credit card terminals to fully assist them on their businesses. Our team supports VeriFone credit card terminals for petroleum companies such as Chevron, Sunoco, Exxon/Mobil and Shell. We also provide troubleshooting services on USPS (United States Postal Service), Arby's and VeriFone Transport Systems (Boston Cabs and New York Cabs).
After a year of experience in TREC Pacific, I went to Stream Global Services as a technical support for QuickBooks Pro/Premier Business Applications. Provided support for small businessmen on "How to" use QuickBooks in their line of business. The training for Intuit QuickBooks is really great because we trained for Accounting Principles 1st before the product itself.
There's always new about IT/Technical related stuff and I'm willing to learn it because for me "IT is everything".
