Profile Description

When I was in college, I joined a lot of organizations and became an officer in our Club. I was active in school activities wherein I learned how to mingle with other people, how to be patient and responsible. I also had my on-the-job-training at two companies; first was at an Insurance Company wherein I learned how to do clerical works and how to be keen with my duties and responsibilities. Then I had my second on-the-job-training at the Department of Foreign Affairs wherein this experience opened my eyes to the real world since I did what the usual employees do. My schedule was on routine depending on where the supervisor would assign me, sometimes I was assigned in the encoding section, processing/interview, or the releasing section. This experience taught me how to deal with different people with different types of personalities.
My first real job was as a Customer Service Associate or bank teller at RCBC Savings Bank. This experience taught me to become more professional and to work effectively and efficiently. I also learned how to prioritize work and multitask. Being a front-liner, I was able to handle different types of people and perform customer satisfaction.
From all the experiences I had, I believe I have the skills to perform well the duties and responsibilities that will be given to me. I am open-minded and can work in a team or individually. I am also computer literate and good in oral and written communication skills. I am also good at research works and computer encoding. I am a critical thinker and makes sure that I do my best in all that I do. I am professional and take all challenges as a learning experience that will help me grow professionally and personally.
