Profile Description

I have been working for almost 10 years in a Computer-Related Job. I have lots of experiences being a Customer Service Representative, Data Encoder, Web Administrator, Bookkeeper, Sales Clerk and a lot more. I am a graduate student in Silliman University, Dumaguete City, with the course of Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Engineering.

For Researching & Email Marketing: I am an experienced VA. I had an experience with researching niches and email marketing. I was given parameters of the niche to be researched and gave me the template for email marketing.

Data Entry: I am very confident with my Computer Skills and I also have great knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Spreadsheet, Outlook and Powerpoint). With Google Drive, I am also expert in using the Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. I am great in fast typing with a wpm of 45-50.

For Inventory and Chat support: I once managed an online shop in Facebook. So I know how it works with retail business.

For Bookkeeping: I was an assistant of a bookkeeper. I help in posting information from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. I also help in rechecking to ensure their accuracy.

For Wordpress: I attended a Digital Marketing Technical Training. I can edit the contents when given a template or content to be uploaded.

For SEO: I had a bit of experience because I had a simple website before. I try to maximize the traffic to my site by improving page rank within search engines, including keywords and phrases. I tried Google Adsense and Adwords. This is also included during the Digital Marketing Technical Training.

Knowing me, I am honest, careful, obedient and a good team player. I am also great with attention to details and asking questions when in doubt with the instructions.
