I used to work for a US Cybersecurity company as an HR officer and worked as a HR business Partner for a BPO company.  I began freelancing in 2015 as a virtual assistant for a US bankruptcy lawyer. Before starting my freelancing journey, I worked as a lecturer and later as a program manager with a social service government agency. In the same year that I started freelancing, I also took on a full-time role as a Human Resource Manager at a national pharmaceutical company. I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and dismissal. Additionally, I resolved a significant issue related to government-mandated benefits for the employees of our parent corporation.After resigning to return to Iloilo, I joined Lexis Nexis, a global provider of information-based analytics. I am well-versed in legal terminology and adept at navigating US court websites. I take pride in the fact that through my initiatives, I have saved my company millions of pesos in penalties and improved HR processes.I have consistently been recognized for delivering excellent customer service, and I am confident that I will be an asset to your company and business endeavors.
