Hi, My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I started with freelancing in 2015 as a virtual assistant for a US Bankruptcy Lawyer. But prior to my freelancing journey, I worked as a lecturer and later a program manager with a social service government agency. In the same year that I started freelancing, I had a full-time job as a Human Resource Manager  of a national pharmaceutical company. I was in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and dismissal. I was later in-charged to fix an existing fiasco involving government mandated benefits of the employees of our mother corporation. I resigned to go home in Iloilo. Thus, I took a job on Lexis Nexis- a  global provider of information-based analytics. I am well-versed with legal jargons and in navigation of US Courts websites.
I take pride in the fact that through my initiatives, I have saved my company millions of pesos in penalties and improved HR processes.
