Profile Description

I worked for 4 and a half years in the call center industry for major Banks in the United states as a customer service representative through phone interactions which enhanced my communication and analytical skills. The last job I had was with a manufacturing company for safety products. I was a credit and collections coordinator for 5 years. Our clients were from UK and my function is more of administrative and back office work, doing reports on a daily/monthly basis and answering emails and a bit of outbound calls to our British clients for collection. I have knowledge in Microsoft applications and SAP system. I believe in my 9 years of work experience, I have acquired computer Proficiency as well as
communication, research and analytical skills. I can adapt and learn easily.I am a fast and accurate learner, with a keen eye for detail. I am able to take on the responsibility of the position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. I hope to have a long term job opportunity.
