> Consolidate attendance of Confidential regular employees, Address queries/concerns of the employees related to payroll/paid leaves, Prepare personnel status memos of the employees for the change employment of employee profile, assist employees on their company/government mandated benefits

> Conducts initial interview, conducts character reference of newly hired employees, provides additional orientation upon onboarding of newly hired employees
C. Organizational Development
> Check JD of employees (current vs. past), Job Analysis and Job Description Writing thru interview, Assist international assignee on their training in the philippines
D. Others
> Assists other admin tasks
