I have eight years of teaching experience in the college department and three years of experience as department head. 
I have been in the freelance world since 2012 and have handled many clients in different niches. I have worked with various clients as a personal virtual assistant and customer support specialist, handling lead generation, email handling, calendar handling, client communication, podcast monitoring, and other administrative tasks. I have experience in managing podcasts, including guesting referral, monitoring, and tracking. 
My knowledge and experiences honed my skills in keeping customers happy and satisfied. I am familiar with and have worked with platforms like Shopify, Shipstation, Asana, Zendesk, Google workspace, Microsoft office,  Canva, Laters, Microsoft office, and many others.
I'm highly trainable and eager to learn new things. My core values are integrity, diligence, and excellence. These values make me strive hard, value my work and give high respect to people I work with and my superiors.
