I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and worked as a Recruitment Specialist for almost 5 years at
one of the growing BPO industry in Pampanga, Philippines. I support the full recruitment process. I am responsible
in reviewing resumes, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements. Conducts screening interviews, create shortlists for hiring managers and coordinate Skills Behavioral Interviews and Validation Interviews. I also perform administrative tasks to complete the on-boarding process of our candidates. I set
and manage candidate expectations and prepare them for interview with the hiring managers.
I also prepare and extend contract of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company's compensation policy.
My work as a Recruiter is mainly interacting with different kinds of people which enhances my interpersonal skills that equipped me further to do my job professionally.
I have also worked as
a Call Center Agent (Outbound and Customer Service Accounts) for more than 3 years. My main role as an agent is to provide world class service to customers in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner on every call as measured by Client Satisfaction survey. I have responded to incoming customer inquiries by following techniques provided and approved by training. I have effectively handled incoming customer call within established period. I have basic comprehension of the product and familiar in a windows-based environment.
I believe the training that I have undergone, my communication and writing skills would qualify me for the position I am applying for.
