Having a strong background in Quality and Process Improvement and having worked very closely with Operations in my previous jobs, and having extensive experience working at a senior manager level, I have been strongly involved in the recruitment process as well. I've been very much involved in outlining the criteria in filling the job posts under my purview. I've had first hand experience conducting initial and final interviews as well as any additional panel screenings when needed. I've had to take a break from working full time in an office setting to take care of family matters. During these times, I have been working freelance on some BPO projects that were extended to me by previous bosses and/or clients directly – mainly for Quality and Process Improvement, as well as Learning and Leadership Development (training) items. I've also been working from home – building and managing websites, creating creative and technical contents, as well as travel information for a few clients.
I'm currently handling projects for marketing strategies and advertising for a few web clients. This too is home-based and is flexible with time requirements, so I am confident that I can work well in handling the additional load your job posting would require.
