I was a Virtual Assistant for less than a year to a Realtor in the U.S. I'm more of setting an appointment for my boss, accessing Real Estate website such as Boomtown, Craiglist and Mojo dialer. One of my job with him is to send email to all our leads and make a weekly report for our dialer. I was trained for different Real Estate functions. Prior to that I worked in a Call Center where I handled different accounts such as telecommunication in Canada, Australia and U.S.A. I have a financial backround as well, I worked as a Customer Service Rep. in Citibank U.S and JP Morgan Chase Bank and later on became a Team Leader. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft office and different Adobe tools.
