I am currently working in a BPO Company as one of the Service Managers. I started as customer care officer and after a year promoted as junior trainer. Since our company is in need of new team leads then I got another promotion after my 4 months service as junior trainer. As a team leader I am the one in charge in screening and monitoring customer care officers, submits activity reports and logs. I also make sure that customers are receiving correct information and assistance they are seeking. Then after my 3 years expertise as team lead I was again promoted as service manager. As a service manager I am the one responsible for the daily running and management of the account through the effective use of our resources, also for the meeting and possibly setting customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development.
