Profile Description

Hi! I am looking for a part time job where I can work from home or from anywhere. I am currently employed in BPO industry as a Community Moderator/Social Media Expert for an online gaming account. Basically, what we do is to monitor the Community, answer basic questions in our forum and support site, look for possible trending topics and sending daily/weekly reports about the Community sentiments, Facebook reach and engagements and twitter updates. Since we work for an online game, our job is pretty much easy and lenient compared to other BPO jobs. I have fair share of experience as well in Call Center industry. I have two years experience as Technical Representative in one of the leading Electronic company. I have strong reading, writing and proof reading skills. I was part of the Student Publication Office from elementary to College; and my highest Editorial position was
News Editor. I am highly motivated, hardworking and proficient in refining goodwill with clients. I am a team player and very much dedicated to work!
