Profile Description

Been in the BPO industry for 2 years now. Experienced a lot of things including connecting and helping out a customer in need in a timely manner. Develop great skill in terms of multi tasking and quick thinker as things don't turn the way they should be. I have great administrative skill as well dealing with office works and most certainly the Marketing portion of the company.
