As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial engineering from Mapua University, I am confident that my knowledge of process documentation, business process engineering and improvements would make me an asset in the ---------- my former role as an Inventory Analyst, I was responsible for creating daily reports for the products of our client. I was tasked to determine the discrepancies between the system and actual count and location of the products. I report directly to the Operations ---------- was my responsibilty to provide him the reports he needed within the time frame. I was in charge of process documentation and document control in the Inventory Management ---------- was my responsibility to determine the causes of bottlenecks in the operation and be able to come up with recommendations to be approved by the management. I got my first job as a Business Process Analyst in Makati Medical Center. I was responsible for process improvements in certain stations in the hospital. I communicated with the doctors, managers and patients (if they are willing)to determine the problems and come up with solutions to increase the satisfaction of patients. I did process documentation by observing in every procedure in a station and present a weekly report to the Vice President of Business Process Management to know his insights about the project and seek for his approval for the recommendations.
