- Lead, motivate and coach a team composed of 10 consultants to achieve clients’ metric goal
- Administrative and clerical works in relation to consultant’s or customer concerns.
- Evaluate or audit consultant calls on a daily basis. Provide feedback to improve performance and call handling.
- Provide weekly client updates to consultants. Analyze and create reports of team performance and present it during weekly Operations review.
- Assists Australian customers with any billing concerns and processing orders via phone. Make follow up calls for pending orders of customers.
