Profile Description

- Worked as a customer service representative for an online shopping site for a Canadian based company.
On top of all metrics from the start on the account until the end of my employment with the company.
In 3 months 3 months’ time was promoted to TL and was assigned to handle a team of 10 – 12 people.
Tasked to submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for each representatives performance.
- Trained for different lines of business such as customer service, retention, and back office specialist.
- Worked with less supervision and was on top of my stats for the duration of my stay with the company.
- Given the chance to mentor team members to the account while they were at the nesting period on the account.
