I have been freelancing as a Real Estate TC / Real Estate Assistant since 2007. I have mostly worked with California real estate agents where I am responsible for contract to close transaction processing. I have experience working with 20+ agents, handling multiple transactions, closing 20-30+ files a month.
Experience include contract drafts in CAR Zipforms, uploading and auditing files for compliance, ordering NHD Reports, Home Warranty, preparing CMA's, MLS entry. Experience working on the following real estate platforms: Skyslope, Dotloop, KW Command, Paperless Pipeline, PlanetRE, TC Docs, TC Workflow, Transaction Point, Brokermint, Paper Drop, Digisign, Trello, Disclosures I.O., Glide, Seller Shield, Green Sheet, Zipforms, EZCoordinator, Top Producer, Docusign.
