My work experience includes sending intro emails and timelines to all parties, monitoring contingency due dates, preparing disclosures, sending documents for electronic signing, starting a compliance file in the broker platform, ordering NHD Reports, and ordering Home Warranties, and preparing commission disbursements.
I have worked with agents from eXp, Keller Williams, Side Inc, Compass, and Real Broker.

I have experience preparing CMA's using Top Producer and MLS platforms.

I am familiar with MLS systems like TheMLS, Paragon, REIL, Metrolist, and CRMLS. I also know RE platforms like Zipforms, Dotloop, Brokermint, Skyslope, KW Command, Compass Business Tracker, Paperless Pipeline,
