• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing to on-boarding of candidates
• Deliver quality candidates to Operations
• Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentations
• Attend and represent Talent Acquisition during calibrations and meetings with other departments
• Involvement in on-boarding, process orientation and knowledge transfer to incoming team members
• Maintain reports/trackers that would be useful in evaluating and updating our data that revolves around.
• POC for Employee Referral Program
• Attend Mall and School Job Fairs
• Coordinate with 3rd party Vendor
