Profile Description

My first job was being a technical support representative dealing with DSL connection of customers. With this, I learned to enhance my communication skills and honed my analytical skills to be able to troubleshoot their issues.
Having worked as a billing assistant, my job is to create excel spreadsheets to track Account Receivables, Cash Flow and Trust Balances for a Law Firm in the U.S. I also prepared such reports when I was an Accounting Assistant at a Local Bank here in the Philippines. I needed to work accurately being very keen on details since this involves numbers and money matters. This job also proved me being a trustworthy person, keeping things confidential and private.
I am highly organized and great at managing time. I have the "get the job done" attitude and make sure that I work efficiently considering the deadlines. Working in a BPO, Corporate World and even remotely trained me to perform the tasks assigned to me efficiently and be a team player developing good working relationship with my colleagues.
I am not that perfect and admit to committing mistakes but I consider it being part of the learning process and that makes me optimistic to achieve good results. I research when I do not know a certain topic and is not hesitant to ask questions when needed. Lastly, I am trained to multi-task. I developed this skill when I was a chat support associate handling three concurrent chats while accessing different tools. I am very committed and can work in a fast paced environment. I am very flexible when in comes to tasks
 I want to have a stable job where I can be a part of for a long term commitment. Looking forward to growing in your team!
