Virtual Assistant
Knowleageable in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Also knows how to use Pages, Keynote and Numbers on Mac. I have been a Mac user for 3 years now. Although my main preference is Mac I can still switch to PC if there's a need for me to especially on cases where I have to access data from programs that only run on Windows.
I am highly trainable. Can easily learn processes. Can do data encoding to data extraction from any CRM portals or web-based CRM applications but the company has to provide me with the access needed and the step-by-step guide on the extraction of a particular report or data group.
Highly analytical. Can do sales and marketing reports that require data mining, analysis, in excel, and can create presentations for these reports using powerpoint, provided the company endorses all the raw data needed. Can interpret data based on set parameters (i.e. sales growth year on year, sales vs. inventory, sales comparison per channel, aging inventory levels, etc.). Can also provide recommendations based on the results and set parameters.
Product Management/Sales and Marketing
I am familiar with the trends in the IT industry. I can research, study and recommend how a particular product can respond to a particular niche. Can research on and learn trends on other industries as well. I can recommend decisions based on data analysis.
Can do inventory monitoring as well as selling and marketing tasks online.
Can endorse the product and design social media and online marketing strategies to market product popularity and to boost sales and hit periodical targets.
Can liaise with the key partners to find out requirements and current projects involving the product that they are working on and relay to concerned departments the support needed in closing these projects.
